We are humbled and honored to announce that Domino is included in Built In’s 2021 List of Best Places to Work for the San Francisco/Bay Area. Even more exciting is that we were listed in three categories: Best Mid-Size Company, Best Paying Company and Best Overall! We could not have done this without our Domino team members, and are proud of each and every one of their achievements and contributions to Domino.

• Improving and formalizing Manager Development based on the Domino Framework we recently designed.
• Launching Domino Academy to help onboard and support new team members during their first 30 days at Domino.
• Enhancing Employee Development through career paths, training and manager feedback loops.

This year, based on data showing tech professionals’ needs, the Best Places to Work algorithm added weight to companies’ commitment to DEI and remote culture.
