Translate ambiguity into impact
Sit with customers — from defense to pharma to financial services — and turn messy, real-world problems into deployable AI solutions.
Bridge the gap
Connect Domino's platform capabilities to the mission outcomes that actually matter to our customers, cutting through GenAI noise.
Be the trusted expert
Build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, becoming the person customers call when it counts.
Define the undefined
Take messy, open-ended client requests from prototype to production, in the regulated, high-stakes environments where "close enough" isn't good enough.
Shape our product
You are the advance team, learning what breaks in the real world and feeding what you learn in the field back into Domino's roadmap.

Who thrives in this role
What you've done
- Shipped production-grade software or AI/ML workflows in live client environments
- Operated inside complex organizations (regulated industries a plus)
- End-to-end delivery track record: code that works, docs that last
What you know
- Advanced Python; experience with data apps, model serving, and scalable AI workloads
- Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP
- How to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
