We're technologists at heart. Building software means constantly asking: is there an existing framework or library that does this better? We track the open source community, integrate, enhance, and contribute back when it counts. We're pragmatic, but we love being on the edge.

Balancing tech debt and customer value

Every fast-growing company faces this: how do you balance stability with shipping features that deliver customer value? At Domino, we schedule time to pay down technical debt just like we schedule new features. We believe we can do anything — we're realistic that we can't do everything.

Releasing early and often

At Domino, we iterate toward excellence. The best way to improve the customer experience is to get what we design and build in front of customers, fast. Product and engineering sprint every two weeks and release early and often.

Doing it as a team

What makes Domino special is that we genuinely care for and help each other. When one team is stretched thin, others step in. When we ship a release, everyone pitches in to bug-bash it. Whether it's a person or a whole team that's stuck, we show up for each other.
