The QE team

The QE Team serves an information delivery function. We shine a light onto Domino's product to help Product and Engineering understand the quality and reliability of what we have collectively built, identify areas worth improving, and provide guidance for improvement efforts.

We do this through pre-release testing of new product features, automation of regression tests, and building test-related internal tooling for engineering needs. It is also our job to define and implement processes that aim to assure, improve, and report on quality. One thing QE cannot do alone is actually make the product quality better. That is the shared duty of the entire engineering organization.
