BNP Paribas Cardif | Data Science & IT Teams

The BNP Paribas Cardif Data Science & IT teams have achieved remarkable success by harnessing the power of AI and data science to simplify customer experience, better serve distribution partners, and optimize internal processes. They have delivered Transversal Analytics Solutions thanks to a strong IT partnership, including an Intelligent Document Processing system, CardX, that processes a claim document in seconds, and a transcription analysis solution, Call Analyzer, which analyzes customer conversations six times faster and provides deeper, more comprehensive insights. The team also leads an annual global BNP data science hackathon that exemplifies their dedication to promoting knowledge-sharing and skills development. In total, they have driven 80 active AI use cases worldwide, while maintaining focus on responsible AI and impactful infrastructure. Domino is humbled to celebrate BNP Paribas Cardif for their outstanding contributions and their commitment to pushing the industry forward.

Theo Linnemann
Senior Data Scientist, Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY)
Theo has been the driving force transforming FRBNY’s data science and model deployment for the past 7 years. He has redefined the role of data science across the Federal Reserve System, driven centralized model deployment strategies, and scaled Domino to support over 250 users. Theo’s strategic view, expertise, and ability to go deep technically have contributed to increased efficiency and fostered collaboration across teams- from economists to business analysts - helping them navigate tools, projects, and data with clarity and confidence. He and the team have created lasting change at FRBNY, impacting public-facing initiatives and internal transformation alike. We are honored to recognize Theo Linnemann as a Catalyst Award winner.

Eileen Ching
Senior Director, Biostatistics Technical Capability Delivery, GSK
Eileen is a true trailblazer when it comes to rethinking the modern statistical computing environment (SCE). She has valiantly led SCE modernization not only for GSK, but also helped pave the way for others in the industry. She helped develop an agile implementation framework that has been instrumental in enabling a shift from legacy systems to a flexible, scalable platform. Eileen’s ability to align business needs with technical delivery, while fostering collaboration and accountability, has been key in delivering a modern SCE at GSK. Her work has accelerated planning, reporting, publishing, sharing, and submission of clinical trial results. We at Domino are humbled by her partnership and the helpful feedback she shares with us to push both us, and the industry forward. Her leadership at GSK, in the SCE Coalition, and beyond make her a steward for innovation and an invaluable asset to the life sciences and the data science community.

Cody Nolden
Principal AI Architect, USAA
Cody Nolden has been a driving force behind USAA’s modernization of AI/ML infrastructure. He led a multi-year effort to transition from on-prem to cloud-based architecture supporting over 350 data scientists, and successfully brought together teams across data science, IT, security, and the business to drive architectural discussions and evaluate technologies. His ability to translate business requirements into actionable, technically-sound decisions, has helped shape USAA’s strategic vision for scalable AI solutions. Not only has Cody been instrumental in transforming USAA’s approach to AI/ML, but he’s contributed valuable expertise to the Domino community and the broader financial services sector.

Himadri Banerjee
Product Owner, Data Science & Analytics, Zürcher Kantonalbank
Himi has played a pivotal role in shaping Zürcher Kantonalbank's strategic vision for BI and advanced analytics, spearheading initiatives like a client analytics application that helps relationship managers make data-driven outreach decisions. He’s been an invaluable partner in a major Domino migration project, leading collaboration across security, infrastructure, and data teams— and bridging technical and organizational gaps to ensure a smooth rollout. His exceptional leadership has helped develop and manage a modern analytics and MLOps platform that supports key business units across Zürcher Kantonalbank. Not only has he been a central figure for modernization, but he’s also a standout member of the broader Domino and data science community.
