Beginning his career in Management Consulting around Supply Chain technologies, Adam joined Murphy Oil to help develop a market centric strategic sourcing program. With the increased focus on digital, his role has expanded to include creating a robust, real time Supply Chain analytics framework and the continued exploration of emerging technologies including AI and Blockchain.

Jason Murray is the Senior Manager of IT at Hess, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and health of the Data Operations function. Data Operations at Hess encompasses advanced analytics, data warehousing and reporting, subsurface data management, and unstructured content management and collaboration. In his role, Jason focuses on shaping the culture, developing technical roadmaps, assessing project value, prioritizing work, managing vendors, overseeing budgets, and maintaining customer relations and stakeholder communications. He has been instrumental in founding and building the analytics capability at Hess, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Swapna is currently the Head of Data Management, Strategy & Governance at Oxy. She graduated with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering before jumping into Consulting at Accenture where she led multiple large-scale data programs. After more than a decade rising through the ranks, she moved to Industry where she has been heading up Enterprise Data Management. In this role, she engages with myriad teams, including analytics groups to enable value across the organization.

Tommy Ogden is a Director and Delivery Excellence Lead at Activera Consulting, a boutique management consulting firm based in Houston, Texas, focused on accelerating business outcomes for the future of energy. With expertise in Merger & Acquisition, Delivery Excellence, Change Innovation, AI & Tech Readiness, and Strategy/Advisory, Activera's collaborative teams approach complex challenges with a mindset of inquiry. They tailor and custom-build solutions with a dedicated focus on measurable impact for clients.

Possessing a diverse skill set across many industries and educational pursuits, Tommy has developed business acumen through 22 years of experience working in myriad capacities, including – investment advisor, financial analyst, business analyst, management/strategy consultant, and project/program manager. He has earned certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), and SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC). He is known for his ability to produce unique ideas for solving problems, offer an innovative perspective, and lead a team to accomplish results within assigned deadlines, having consistently provided actionable deliverables in the agility, analytics, and energy arenas.
